艾美捷抗人干扰素α单抗(MT1)化学性质和文献参考

干扰素-alpha(IFN-alpha)是I型干扰素,存在13种亚型:IFN-alpha1,2,4,5,6,7与其他亚型一样,干扰素-alpha2(IFN-alpha2)主要由病毒产生。在感知到病毒DNA或RNA等危险信号的存在后感染细胞。因此IFN-alpha2与其受体的结合引发抗病毒反应,但也显示出抗肿瘤作用。作为第1个被发现,IFN-alpha2是研究J为广泛的亚型,它已被用作细胞因子治疗与丙型肝炎病毒感染。

 

艾美捷抗人干扰素α单抗(MT1)能够在 ELISA 和 ELISpot 等免疫测定中灵敏且特异地检测人 IFN-α(亚型 2)。

推荐 MT1 作为 ELISA 和 ELISpot 中的捕获抗体与生物素化检测抗体 MT2 结合使用。
