一氧化氮是一种无机化合物,化学式为NO,是一种氮氧化合物,氮的化合价为+2。常温常压下为无色气体,微溶于水,溶于乙醇、二硫化碳。可溶性NO作为可溶性鸟苷酸环化酶的激活剂,神经元增强剂,周围神经系统神经递质以及平滑肌和血管组织的收缩调节剂,发挥多种稳态影响。此外,NO与嗅觉和突触记忆的形成和重塑有关。

 

艾美捷一氧化氮(总)检测试剂盒(ADI-917-020)基于硝酸还原酶将硝酸盐酶促转化为亚硝酸盐,然后进行格里斯反应以形成有色偶氮染料产物。通过测量540-570nm处的吸收进行定量。每孔仅需 0.050 ml 稀释样品,可节省宝贵的样品。灵敏、高效、简便的总一氧化氮检测方法,只需40应用
